We are looking for an Admin Executive to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and they will provide administrative support across the organization.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Make calls to the employees & sent email to management who would not be coming to the office.
Maintain records of leave, attendance, salaries, overtime pay, bonus, etc.
Edit time in the system of time-in, time-out, lunch breaks, etc.
Assign reminder to the management for the increment & review for the probation period.
Sent email to management to approve or reject pending leaves or overtime of existing employees.
Maintain fillings of current & ex-employees with their documents.
Generate offer letter, relieving letter, experience letter, appointment letter, etc to the employees.
Call bank person to open accounts of new joining.
Make accounts for new joining & show them their places.
Explain joining formalities to new comers of the company.
Call tea/ coffee vendors to new orders.
Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.
Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
Between 1 year to 3 years of experience as Front Desk/ Back Office/ Administrative or similar role.
Hands on experience with office machines (for example; fax, printer etc.)
In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
