    Job Description:

    • Writing and posting technical job descriptions.
    • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster & others.
    • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
    • Schedule interview with a concerned technical person.
    • Preparing job offers, reference and background checks from last employment.
    • Following up on the interview procedure
    • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
    • Source relevant candidates to resource managers 
    • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
    • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
    • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

    Job Responsibility:

    • The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year to 3 years experience in recruitment of the IT field. 
    • Excellent communication skills are a must. 
    • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, GSuite).
    • Ability to understand and explain job requirements of IT technologies
    • Excellent record keeping.
    • Good negotiation skills are required.
    • Knowledge about End-to-End Recruitment.
    • Must have Knowledge of Portals ( Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Monster/ Shine, etc…)

    • Good Convincing skills.
    • Confident Personality.
    • Solid verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • Discretion.
