- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster & others.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Schedule interview with a concerned technical person.
- Preparing job offers, reference and background checks from last employment.
- Following up on the interview procedure
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Source relevant candidates to resource managers
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year to 3 years experience in recruitment of the IT field.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, GSuite).
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements of IT technologies
- Excellent record keeping.
- Good negotiation skills are required.
- Knowledge about End-to-End Recruitment.
- Must have Knowledge of Portals ( Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Monster/ Shine, etc…)
