Job Description:
We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Pre-Sales Executive to join our IT company. The role involves generating leads through online platforms and initiating communication to identify potential clients for IT services and solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:
- Source and gather potential leads (contact details, emails) from relevant online platforms and IT-specific directories.
- Contact leads via phone calls or emails to introduce company services, products, or solutions.
- Understand the client’s IT requirements and direct them to the appropriate team for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication to nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Timely identification and sourcing of qualified leads within the IT domain.
- Professional communication tailored to IT client needs.
- Conversion of cold leads into interested prospects for the sales team.
- Maintenance of an organized and up-to-date CRM.
- Contribution to the sales pipeline by meeting lead generation targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified IT leads sourced daily/weekly.
- Number of calls made and emails sent per day.
- Response rate and engagement level from IT clients.
- Conversion rate of leads to prospective clients or meetings.
- Quality of data and records maintained in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of IT services and solutions, with prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in sourcing leads through online platforms and directories.
- Ability to handle objections and provide convincing solutions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Work Hours:
Starts from 2 PM (4 hours from Office and 4:30 hours from home)
