There are three types of users engaged in the website i.e. Company, Managers and Contractors. Website setup a relation between all three where contractor uploads their compliance related documents from his dashboard and Managers compliance their sites by reviewing their uploaded documents. It allows Companies/Managers to view, track and report on compliance information in seconds. It lets users monitor 100's, 1000's or 100,000's of sites from anywhere. It comprehensively automates compliance administration. Website also eliminates compliance double handling. MyCompliance.me provides simple click and tick reporting, auditing and compliance submission. It uses an intuitive traffic light interface. It provides automatic notifications, scheduling and archiving of all compliance information. It manages remote and multisite portfolios with ease. MyCompliance.me is equally simple for seasoned professionals as it is for tech savvy juniors. MyCompliance Notifies user and userï¿½s supplier when a task is due. It reminds user and user's supplier as the due date approaches and increases reminders on past due. It manages supplier delivery via an intuitive supplier portal. It structures the delivery of supplier information by accurately labeling, recording, filing and archiving information according to the site and task. It delivers professional detailed reports directly to user's inbox.
The project was complicated as the logic behind the sites was difficult to achieve. Managing Due dates, expired dates and site compliant date along with the notification features were quite difficult to develop. However, with the help of our Technical Manager's we achieved the goal with in a timelines and delivered quality product to the client.
The team has been continuously researched to make the features compatible as per the desired frameworks and technologies. The website has very elegant UI. We focused the design on the user interface, and keeping in mind scalability and the addition of future modules. We deployed dedicated team to provide timely reporting by an account manager, project manager, senior designer, HTML developer, senior developer, a business analyst and a testing engineer. Artoon has developed an application as per the Client expectations and requirements. The end product has been successfully delivered to the client and client is very happy with the end result.
