    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization principles and a passion for driving organic growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.


    Job Responsibility:

    1. Comprehensive Keyword Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth keyword research using industry-leading tools and techniques.
    • Analyze competitor keyword strategies to identify untapped opportunities.
    • Optimize keyword selection for maximum search engine visibility and user intent.

    2. Advanced On-Page Optimization:

    • Implement advanced on-page SEO techniques, including semantic optimization and structured data markup.
    • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content for targeted keywords.
    • Ensure website structure and internal linking are optimized for search engines and user experience.

    3. Content Strategy and Optimization:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and landing pages.
    • Optimize existing content for better search engine rankings and user engagement.

    4. Strategic Link Building:

    • Build high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative websites using advanced techniques.
    • Leverage guest posting, broken link building, and outreach to acquire valuable backlinks.
    • Monitor and manage the link profile to maintain a healthy and diverse backlink portfolio.

    5. Technical SEO Expertise:

    • Conduct thorough technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues.
    • Optimize website performance for faster loading times and improved user experience.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates.

    6. Data-Driven SEO:

    • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track website performance and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Analyze key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and user behavior.
    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

    7. Social Media Integration:

    • Develop and execute a social media strategy that complements SEO efforts.
    • Create and share engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
    • Optimize social media profiles for search engines and drive traffic to the website.

    8. Stay Updated on SEO Trends:

    • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies.
    • Adapt SEO strategies to align with evolving search engine guidelines and user behavior.

    Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

    • Traffic Growth: Drive significant increases in organic traffic to the website.
    • Keyword Ranking: Consistently improve keyword rankings for targeted terms.
    • Backlink Quality and Quantity: Acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
    • Content Engagement: Enhance user engagement metrics, such as time on page and bounce rate.
    • Technical SEO Health: Ensure the website is technically optimized and performs well in search engines.
    • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Organic Traffic Growth: Monthly percentage increase in organic traffic.
    • Keyword Ranking Improvement: Number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions.
    • Backlink Quality: Authority and relevance of acquired backlinks.
    • Content Engagement Metrics: Average time on page, pages per session, and bounce rate.
    • Technical SEO Metrics: Page load time, mobile-friendliness, and crawl error rate.
    • Conversion Rate: Percentage increase in conversion rates on targeted pages.
    • Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness: Timely and accurate delivery of SEO performance reports.

     


    Required Skills & Qualification:

    • Experience with local SEO or international SEO is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SEranking or Moz.
    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
