    Job Description:

    • Upwork Bidding:
      • Identify potential projects on Upwork aligned with the company’s expertise.
      • Craft well-written, tailored proposals to showcase our capabilities and win projects.
      • Engage with clients in a timely manner, addressing queries and providing necessary information.
      • Negotiate project terms and secure favorable agreements.
    • LinkedIn Outreach:
      • Develop and execute an effective LinkedIn outreach strategy to expand the network and generate leads.
      • Connect with relevant industry professionals, potential clients, and partners.
      • Engage in meaningful conversations, share relevant content, and build relationships.
      • Leverage LinkedIn premium features for enhanced outreach and visibility.

    Job Responsibility:

    Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

    • Upwork Success Rate: Achieve a high success rate in winning Upwork projects through effective bidding strategies.
    • LinkedIn Connection Growth: Increase the company’s LinkedIn network by connecting with relevant professionals and decision-makers.
    • Project Acquisition: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for securing new projects through Upwork.
    • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acquired through Upwork.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Upwork Proposal Conversion Rate: Monitor and improve the conversion rate of proposals to successfully awarded projects.
    • LinkedIn Engagement Rate: Measure the engagement rate on LinkedIn, including likes, comments, and shares on posts.
    • Lead Generation: Track and report on the number of qualified leads generated through LinkedIn outreach.
    • Revenue Generated: Monitor and report on the revenue generated from Upwork projects secured.

    Required Skills & Qualification:

    • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with various industries and project types.
    • Ability to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
    • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
