Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients
Should have knowledge of Web Development companies.
Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirements and acquisition.
Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis, Discussion with Offshore existing Clients.
Following Up Clients Continuously and Responding to Client Inquiries.
Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering.
Managing Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successfully converting Leads.
Internal communication with related team members.
Job Responsibility:
Achieving Business Targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Client communication, Internal coordination and communication for client’s requirements.
Reactivating dormant clients.
Sending quotations to the client.
Working off peak hours, whenever lead generates.
Weekend responsibilities whenever any new lead generates or whenever the client approaches with any query.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Skills:
Experience of writing proper cover letters (proposals) for bidding.
Must have good communication and writing skills (English)
Must be able to work in a team or independently.
Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat.
Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
Eagerness to consistently generate new business.
Capabilities of bringing new business from existing clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in achieving targets weekly and monthly.
Capable of generating prospective leads on a regular basis.
Good cover letters or proposal writing for bidding.
Knowledge of bidding portals (UpWork) or proven experience in other bidding portals.
Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
Practical knowledge of bidding portals like – Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
