Job Description:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, creativity in campaign strategies, and a strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads, we want you!
Job Responsibility:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Develop and manage strategies to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to ensure successful campaigns.
- Create, monitor, and adjust ad budgets to maximize reach and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (minimum 1 + years of Experience).
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing landing pages is an added advantage.
