    Job Description:

    We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Product manager to oversee a wide variety of Product from conceptual design through implementation.


    Job Responsibility:

    Role & Responsibilities:
    ● Project Planning: A game project manager needs to create a project plan,
    which includes the game concept, timelines, budget in terms of time, and
    resources. They must identify potential risks and create contingency plans to
    address them.
    ● Team Management: The game project manager is responsible for managing the development team. They must ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities and have the resources they need to complete their tasks. They must also track team performance, provide feedback, and manage team conflicts.
    ● Communication: The game project manager must communicate with all
    stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project managers.
    They must ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the project status,
    changes, and issues.
    ● Resource Management: The game project manager must manage project
    resources, including equipment, software, and personnel. They must ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.
    ● Timeline Management: The game project manager must manage the project budget in terms of time. He/She must ensure that the project stays within the budget of the timeline given and make necessary adjustments if needed.
    ● Quality Assurance: The game project manager is responsible for ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. They must test the game and work with the development team to address any issues.
    ● Risk Management: The game project manager must identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them. They must also track and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.
    ● Client Management: The game project manager must maintain a positive
    relationship with the client. They must understand the client’s needs and ensure that the project meets their expectations.
    ● Documentation and Tools: Keep the various project organization tools up to date. Prepare different documentation using team like flow charts, database schema, use case and test case

    Key Performance Areas:
    ● Project Planning: Timely creation of a comprehensive project plan that includes the game concept, timelines and resources. Identification and management of potential risks and development of contingency plans.
    ● Team Management: Clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and
    expectations to all team members. Monitoring and evaluation of team
    performance, providing feedback, and managing conflicts.
    ● Communication: Regular and timely communication with all stakeholders,
    ensuring that they are informed of project status, changes, and issues. Effective communication of technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    ● Resource Management: Efficient and effective management of project
    resources, including equipment, software, and personnel.
    ● Timeline Management: Management of project timelines and ensuring that the project stays within timeline constraints. Proactive identification and resolution of potential delays and bottlenecks.
    ● Quality Assurance: Development and implementation of a comprehensive
    quality assurance plan that ensures the final product meets quality standards. Identification and resolution of any issues and defects during development.
    ● Risk Management: Identification and management of potential risks and
    development of contingency plans. Monitoring and evaluation of project risks throughout the project life cycle.
    ● Client Management: Understanding the client’s needs and expectations, and ensuring that the project meets their requirements. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
    ● Documentation and Tools: Preparation and maintenance of project
    documentation, including flow charts, database schema, use case and test case. Effective use of project organization tools and techniques.

    Key Performance Indicators:
    ● Project Planning: Percentage of project milestones achieved on time. Number of risks identified, addressed and resolved per project phase.
    ● Team Management: Percentage of team members satisfied with their roles,
    responsibilities, and working environment. Number of tasks completed per team member and overall team performance. Number of team conflicts resolved by the project manager.
    ● Communication: Percentage of stakeholders satisfied with the communication they receive. Average time is taken to respond to stakeholder inquiries and requests. Percentage of stakeholders who provided feedback on the communication process.
    ● Resource Management: Resource utilization rate, calculated as the percentage of the available time each resource is utilized for project tasks.
    ● Timeline Management KPIs: Percentage of project tasks completed within their respective deadlines. Number of project tasks completed within a given period. The difference between actual and planned time taken to complete a task.
    ● Quality Assurance KPIs: Percentage of users satisfied with the quality of the final game.
    ● Risk Management KPIs: Number of risks identified per project phase.Time
    taken to identify, analyze and respond to a risk.
    ● Client Management KPIs: Percentage of clients satisfied with the game
    development process and final product. Number of meetings held with the client per project phase. Number of change requests received from the client.
    ● Documentation and Tools KPIs: Percentage of project documentation
    completed within the expected timeframe. Quality of the project documentation assessed by the development team. Percentage of time project organization tools are used for project management.


    Required Skills & Qualification:

    Requirements:
    ● 3+ years in a Project Management role
    ● The person should be passionate about games (playing games, exploring new ideas in games)
    ● Must have knowledge of at least one card game with rules.
    ● Good to have a gaming industry experience
    ● Strong understanding of debugging and quality control process
    ● Critical thinking & problem-solving
    ● Ability to spearhead changes and share with teams
    ● Ability to motivate people
    ● Analytical and detail-oriented
    ● Fluent in English
    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    ● Should have a habit of taking insights into gaming studios (what they’re doing, why, etc.)
    ● Should have a background in game programming in past (nice to have, not
    necessary)
    ● Strong leadership ability, challenging his/her structure for the best results
    ● Focus on continuous improvement

    Skills:
    ● Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills
    ● Knowledge of Project Management tools and frameworks
    ● Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure
    ● Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
    ● Outstanding management skills (experience working with local and remote
    teams)
    ● A love for apps/games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user
    experiences
    ● Experience in managing large teams
