    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and excellent communication skills.


    Job Responsibility:

    Recruitment and Staffing

    · Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.

    · Ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations.

    Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

    · Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

    · Manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.

    Employee Relations

    · Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.

    Employee Engagement

    · Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement activities and initiatives.

    Performance Management

    · Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.

    · Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers and employees.

    · Manage employee attendance and leave records.

    Office Administration

    · Manage cash for various in-office expenses.

    · Oversee office supplies, grocery purchases, and vendor management.

    Training and Development

    · Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.

    · Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

    Benefits and Compensation

    · Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

    · Assist in analyzing market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.

    HR Administration

    · Maintain employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is up to date.

    · Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.

    HR Analytics and Reporting

    · Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.

    · Prepare HR reports for management review.

    1. Time-to-Fill: Measures the time taken to fill a vacant position.

    2. Employee Turnover Rate: Calculates the percentage of employees who leave the company over a specific period.

    3. Training Effectiveness: Assesses the impact of training programs on employee performance and development.

    4. Employee Engagement Score: Measures the level of employee satisfaction and commitment.

    5. Compliance Rate: Tracks the organization’s adherence to labor laws and regulations.

    6. Performance Appraisal Completion Rate: Measures the percentage of completed performance appraisals on time.

    7. HR Service Response Time: Measures how quickly HR responds to employee inquiries and requests.

    8. Benefits Utilization Rate: Evaluates the utilization of employee benefits programs.

    · Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture.

    · Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

    · Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently.

    · Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports.

    · Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

    · Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
