    Job Description:

    A UI/UX designer plays a critical role in the creation and optimization of digital products, ensuring that they are both visually appealing and user-friendly. The role encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities aimed at improving the overall user experience and interface design.


    Job Responsibility:

    • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
    • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
    • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
    • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
    • Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
    • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
    • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
    • Experience in planning and conducting user research and competitor analysis
    • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
    • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
    • Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

    Key Performance Areas (KPA):

     

    • Design Development and Execution: Prototyping, wireframing, and creating user flows. Developing mockups, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps. Designing and optimizing UI elements like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
    • Product Improvement and Market Analysis: Identifying and analyzing new product improvement opportunities.Conducting market and consumer preference analysis to inform design.
    • UX Research and Testing: Planning and conducting user research. Performing competitor analysis. Implementing and advising on UX research methodologies and testing activities.
    • Design Adaptation and Revision: Modifying and revising existing designs to meet changing customer preferences. Ensuring adherence to style standards on typography and graphic design.
    • Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: Staying up to date on current industry trends and market conditions. Adapting designs to align with the latest trends and technologies.



    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Design Development and Execution: Number of complete design packages (including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs) delivered on time.
    • Product Improvement and Market Analysis: Number of new design improvements successfully implemented.Increase in user satisfaction scores post-implementation.
    • UX Research and Testing: Usability improvement percentages after applying research insights.
    • Design Adaptation and Revision: Time taken to revise and adapt designs based on feedback. Reduction in the number of design iterations needed over time.

    Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: Frequency of design updates based on new trends. Market competitiveness of designs in relation to current trends.


    Required Skills & Qualification:

    • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of UI/UX design experience.
    • Must have experience in website or webapp design by Figma
    • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both Website and mobile platforms.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, illustrator, or Figma
    • A strong understanding of how to apply design thinking when planning and scoping project work
    • Strong wireframing/prototyping skills
    • Must have knowledge of color combinations, layout, typography, and other design elements.
    • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent in utilizing AI tools and technologies
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
    • Understand the differences between designing for iOS and Android
    • Create mobile app designs from scratch
    • Creative problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Typography Knowledge of how to use
