Why should you start your own business? Well, why not! Life is all about unleashing the opportunities and giving your capabilities the wings to explore the unknown yet prospering vistas. And entrepreneurs give you those wings. Though there are one or two reasons people can point out saying not to go for business, hundreds of more reasons tell you to take those baby steps and flourish significantly.

Thus, Artoon Solutions takes the initiative to appreciate entrepreneurship and celebrate those who show the courage to take that first little step towards their dream business. We had recently organized a selling program, Food Mela, to open up better opportunities for our employees to do business and learn about its advantageous side. This event focused on nurturing our employees’ well-being and making them learn about investments, coping up with loss, profit strategies, etc.

So, why don’t you step into the shoe of a budding entrepreneur?

The Business Planning Gives You Freedom

Freedom is the most important and motivating area in your job that business provides you with. There is nothing like shaping your own way, building your own foundation, and being your own boss. When you are in entrepreneurship, freedom is the first golden trophy that you get.

According to the global survey, 38% of beginner entrepreneurs believe that their business’s primary motivation is freedom. In your own business, you know how to work, when to work, and what you need to work on. So, isn’t it what you want from your life?

And even Nassim Nicholas Taleb, the famous scholar, believes it, as he says, “Being an entrepreneurs is an existential, not just a financial thing.” We understand from this saying that one must always take a lead to plan to achieve their dreams regardless of how big or small or how others will think of plans or dreams. Self-achievement is the best feeling in the world.

One Baby Step Leads to a Bigger Goal

Before commencing, it’s obvious to have confusion and uncertainties, but that one step decides your future and a long list of opportunities. Well, if you look into the stories behind the success of various reckoned brands like Amazon, Google, Apple, etc., they all had started from a single garage, and now all the companies are multi-billionaires.

To create something massive, you need to start with small steps. So, keep your worries aside, and take that first step. Stay determined with your goal. Focus on what you are doing, and nothing will be able to stop you from touching the diamond in the end.

After all, “Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go,” as said by the renowned author, T.S. Eliot.

Create Your Own Source of Pride

When you opt for touching the tough challenges, it gives you a great sense of achievement. Your business is like your child, whom you have given birth to, you groom yourself to take care of it, and you take pride in when it ultimately touches milestones.

Undoubtedly, you are going to meet various challenges in the course of your business. Still, that feeling of achieving one another success is worth experiencing and taking pride in your own capabilities.

It all starts with a small business, and it takes your hard work, efforts, and efficient resources to go forward. But do you know as entrepreneurs, you need to aim to do bigger things? No matter how much effort it takes, your organization eventually grows and finally gives you a significant place with an identity in the world.

And thus, Oprah Winfrey sends out significant advice for all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there that “Don’t worry about being successful but work toward being significant and the success will naturally follow.

Create Job Sources For Others:

Well, the real happiness of prosperity comes only when we grow together with those who surround us. And a business lets you do that. When you begin with a business, you will have to hire your own employees to run it properly. It lets you create opportunities for someone else to grow.

No matter how small you are starting with, there is always a heap of opportunities to do something good for others.

As the owner of an organization, you can make your employees’ lives better and create a stellar culture for the company. Also, it lets you create a humanistic social bond, which is too helpful to stay happy and successful in life.

For example, Anahita Dhondy of SodaBottleOpenerWala took her small steps in the male-dominated restaurant business. But this couldn’t hold her back. And she is now the Chef Partner of SodaBottleOpenerWala, which creates jobs for many other chefs and hotel management degree holders. How motivating, isn’t it?

Pave the Way For Your Passion

Starting a business helps you to do a better practice of your passion. When you start working on something passionately, you automatically excel and create noteworthy milestones in it. Maybe a job won’t be able to give your passion that opportunity, but your business will definitely give you.

While you work on your business, it gives you better opportunities to stand out with your capability and bring about a change for the betterment of society. Your business lets you chase your passion and turn it into life-changing moves.

For example, Odhavji Patel, the founder of Ajanta Orpat group, who was born in a farmer family, started his clock manufacturing business out of his passion for doing something innovative. And now, he has his own brand that is on the verge of success.

Learn New and Better Skills

Life has a lot to teach you, and so does business. While stepping into entrepreneurs, you will come across various challenges, risks, and a myriad of situations that are going to improve your skill. As an entrepreneurs, you will eventually learn how to deal with customers, how to manage an organization from the base level, and many more things, which are absolutely fun when you start enjoying the real taste of it.

And in the current COVID-19 scenario, learning is way more important to keep your business strong. Based on this, Joyce E. A Russell made a comment saying, “All around the world, people are going back to school, taking online courses, mastering additional languages, etc. – all in the spirit of growth and continual learning. With today’s more complex business environment, learning is not just a nice thing to do – it is essential for staying on top of things.”

Earn More Money

A successful business gives you a better return with great revenue. Making a profit in business may be uncertain initially, but there is no limit to earning money. If your company goes well, rather, if you can propel your company in the right direction, you can even make billions.

Bill Gates started Microsoft with a very low amount of capital in his hand and lots of passion in his eyes. But what about now? Bill Gates is the owner of $115 billion and the second richest person in the world. Isn’t that inspiring?

Conclusion

Well, a business teaches you to become limitless. Touching the opportunities and living your dream job while being your own boss is the best feeling ever. Yes, there are risks and uncertainty. But the real fun and greater achievements do not come without risks. So, when are you going to take those baby steps and start your own business? We at Artoon Solutions made sure through one on one sessions with our esteemed employees that they too take the courage of chasing their dreams.

You have to see failure as the beginning and the middle, but never entertain it as an end.” – Jessica Herrin, founder, and CEO of Stella & Dot.
