Get your app on the Google Play store to let Android users download and use your app on their smartphones and tablets.
Inorder to submit your app to the Google Playstore, you must first create a Google Play account (developer).
Note: Google Play charges a $25 one-time developer fee.
Inorder to publish apps to the Google Play market, you must sign up as a Google Play developer.
This article will walk you through the steps of open Google Play Store account.
Before you begin creating a Google Play Developer account, it requires that you have a traditional Google account available.
Make sure you have created a Google account.
To set up your Google Play account:
Go to the Google Play Developer Console and sign up for an account.

Read and agree to the Google Play Developer distribution agreement. Enter your payment information, and click Accept and continue.
Pay the registration fee for your account.
Fill out your Google Play Developer Profile.Your developer name, email address, and website will be displayed on the Google Play Store page of your app.
Please enter your company name. This is displayed as the name of the publisher.
Please enter your support email so your app users can reach you.
Your company website.
Google should be able to contact you at this number if any problems come up with your app. This is not displayed publicly.
When your registration is verified, you’ll be notified at the email address associated with your Google Play Developer Console. It normally happens within half an hour, but may take up to 48 hours.
You’ve now successfully created a Google Play Developer account! Please note that it may take Google up to 48 hours to process your payment. Until Google has processed your payment, then we will be unable to publish your app.
Congratulations, you can now submit your app to the Google Play store.
