Problem: Setting up WebEngage with multiple custom events, funnels, and user journeys for Account Opening, Equity, Derivatives, Blogs, and Tools required deep mapping and precise validation. Ensuring no duplicate or missed triggers made data validation highly complex.
solution: We collaborated with the client to finalize event lists, parameters, and trigger points. Every interaction (CTA clicks, buttons, forms, multi-step flows) was manually tested across browsers and devices to ensure accurate WebEngage event delivery.
Problem: Displaying real-time stock data (candlestick + time ranges) required processing raw data from a third-party API and client-provided sources. Each time interval needed backend calculations and formatting to maintain accuracy.
solution: Our backend team developed a robust data processing workflow to support accurate and real-time market charting. This included fetching live and historical market data, normalizing and cleaning the dataset, computing multi-range chart values, and formatting the output for seamless frontend candlestick rendering. Chart intervals implemented include 1 Day, 5 Days, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year, and 5 Years. The entire pipeline was optimized for fast loading, smooth performance, and reliable visual accuracy across all devices.
