    Job Description:

    1. Lead Generation: Utilize outbound marketing tools and methods, such as messages, email, and calls on platforms like LinkedIn and others, to generate qualified leads.
    2. Lead Data Management: Maintain accurate records of connected leads in CRM tools and ensure seamless supply of qualified leads to the Sales team.
    3. Inbound Lead Handling: Communicate with inbound leads generated from marketing efforts and engage with clients approaching the company via WhatsApp and email.
    4. Profile Analysis: Analyze profiles in various lead generation platforms, including Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
    5. Lead Targeting: Utilize your expertise in qualified profile and company filtration to identify and target the most promising accounts.
    6. Sales Navigator Usage: Use Sales Navigator to find and connect with leads.
    7. Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and accurate reports on lead generation activities and follow-ups.
    8. CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
    9. Lead Prospecting: Hunt for suitable profiles, filter by industry, category, and location.
    10. Communication Skills: Employ effective communication skills for initiating chat and initial communication with both inbound and outbound leads.
    11. Market Research: Understand market trends and insights within a given industry to tailor lead generation strategies.
    12. Daily Account Engagement: Approach a minimum of 20 qualified accounts per day to ensure consistent lead generation.
    13. Urgent Client Handling: Be prepared to handle urgent client inquiries during holidays or off-hours while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Job Responsibility:

    1. Client Communication and Lead Follow-ups:
    • Perfectly handle initial client communication, including understanding client requirements, providing an introduction to the company, and maintaining regular follow-ups through chats, calls, and emails without fail.
    • Proactively follow up and re-approach dormant (old) leads to re-engage and rekindle interest.
    • Implement outbound marketing strategies by sending marketing emails, messages, and making calls to both old and new leads (outbound/inbound) to nurture and convert them into qualified prospects.

    Internal Coordination and Client Communication:
    Coordinate internally with the Project Manager, Head of Sales & Marketing, and the Business Development Executive (BDE).

    • Assist in time estimation preparation with milestones.
    • Read and understand the client’s Scope of Work (SoW) document.
    • Discuss the SoW document with the Head of Sales & Marketing and Project Manager.
    • Ensure alignment among the Project Manager, Head of Sales & Marketing, and the BDE regarding SoW and client requirements to eliminate any ambiguities.
    • Verify that the client fully understands the scope of work and deliverables provided by our company.

    Support and Continuous Learning:

    • Work for a few minutes or a few hours, ONLY when it’s urgent during the weekend.
    • Be available to help and assist the reporting manager, the Head of Sales and Marketing, whenever required.

    Required Skills & Qualification:

    The BDE must know the ins and outs of the company’s expertise for swift communication with clients. Verbal and written communication skills must be excellent, including proficiency in English. The BDE should be eager to learn about the roles and responsibilities.
